Making the cross-country flight out of Los Angeles, Lauren Conrad was spotted arriving into JFK Airport in New York City on Wednesday night (April 15).

Trekking out of the terminal to an awaiting car, the MTV reality starlet was dressed for the chillier temperatures, looking casual cute in a light longsleeve top with black leggings and her coat in-hand.

Meanwhile, it was recently announced that LC is branching out in the world of TV with a guest spot on the hit FOX animated show “Family Guy” – which airs on May 3rd.

“She dates Brian for an episode, but I’m not going to spoil it [by saying what happens!]” show creator Seth MacFarlane told press.

Arriving back in Los Angeles following a stop on her Quad tour in Boston, Massachusetts yesterday, Lauren Conrad was spotted making her way through the terminals at LAX Airport on Sunday (November 16).

Accompanied by a female friend, the MTV reality starlet wasn’t back home for long – as the two reportedly made their way straight onto another flight out of town to an unknown destination.

Lauren Conrad gets classy and elegant at the Honor Hopes

But what makes this “The Hills” star different from other stars is her subtle but definitely classy looks.

Take for example this Diane von Fürstenberg frock she wore attending the Hope Honors hosted by the Avon Foundation at Cipriani 42nd Street in New York last night. – Simple but nonetheless elegant just like the actress is.

While we would expect louder, edgier, and more experimental looks from a fashion designer like Lauren, I guess the actress settles to be more on a ‘safer zone’.

Hope Honors “recognized outstanding leaders who provide hope, support, help, and healing, in the fight against breast cancer and domestic violence.”

Others stars who graced the event were Patrick Dempsey, Jordin Sparks, and Suze Orman.

LA Fashion Week future remains unclear

The bright, eye-popping colors shown for the spring season at L.A. Fashion Week stood in contrast to a somber question: Will this city have a fashion week again?

Last week’s announcement from Smashbox Studios that this Mercedes-Benz L.A. Fashion Week, ending Thursday, would be its last with event organizer IMG threw into question when and where an official fashion week in the City of Angels would happen.

The companies have partnered on the event for the last five years, giving local designers a chance to show in one place at Smashbox’s spacious photo studios in Culver City. This season featured 23 collections, including those from Christian Audigier’s popular street-wise line Ed Hardy; “The Hills” star Lauren Conrad; awards show gown master Kevan Hall; and stylish label Whitley Kros, co-designed by rocker Beck’s wife Marissa Ribisi.
