Beyonce Rocks the World Music Awards in Spring Shoes

Hey guys! Well It has been a while since a guest post was posted here in Celebrity Fashion Watch; not that I purposely did it, but let’s just say, it has been quiet in my inbox during the previous days.
But today, we are having a guest post from someone who would like to share about the pair of shoes that Beyonce rocked wearing during the recently held World Music Awards.
Here goes the article:
November 14th 2008-Beyonce is the Queen of Glamour and is without a doubt one of today’s fashion icons. Most days Beyonce is dressed head to toe in the most expensive and highly coveted designers, unless she is wearing an original design by her own fashion line House of Derion.
But at this year’s World Music Awards Beyonce took on the stage, where she gave a stellar performance and danced like only Beyonce can, in a pair of Bronze gladiator style Heels called Fripalo by a fresh new brand called Spring Shoes.
These sexy heels that completed Beyonce’s hot stage outfit by couture designer Alexander McQueen are not, as one would imagine, out of most people’s price range. In fact these fabulous heels are a very reasonably priced and available from www.myspringshoes.com.
A constant champion of emerging brands, Beyonce and many other celebrities have been stepping out in Spring shoes. Spring’s range of fashionable and high quality shoes at affordable prices are every shoe-lover’s dream.
Obviously, Beyonce makes everything look like a million dollars, but now thanks to Spring Shoes anyone can walk in Beyonce’s shoes without breaking the bank!
Spring is part of the ALDO Group family with 1500 stores in over 40 countries worldwide.
Now, don’t we just so love those shoes?!

The House of Masquerade: Vodka and Vintage Fashion
It’s late and truth be told, I’m just a teensy bit tipsy thanks to the launch party for The House of Masquerade sponsored by Absolut Vodka. The House of Masquerade is a temporary vintage fashion boutique combined with a cocktail bar (a potentially lethal combination, I know). It officially opens tomorrow, Friday, October 24th until Monday, October 27th and features vintage fashions lovingly assembled by Mint boutique.
If you get a moment, it’s well worth your time to peruse the very glamorous collection assembled for this temporary boutique. I spotted a number of authentic military waistcoats that could easily be mistaken for pieces from Alexander McQueen’s Fall/Winter 2008 collection and even a heavily embellished Oleg Cassini cocktail dress. The House of Masquerade is located at 68-72 Redchurch Street, Shoreditch, London E2 7DP. It is open from 5:00 p.m. until 11:00 p.m. Enjoy!

Cate Blanchett goes “in” with the season
…Christmas season!
Okay not really. But with the actress’ recent fetish over metallic, shiny, and sparkly frocks, one could not help but think she really is all set for the Christmas season already.
Attending the Australian premiere of her latest flick, “The Curious Case of Benjamin Button” at the Sydney Theater yesterday (December 10), the actress donned another ’sparkling’ dress, this time from Balenciaga Spring 2009 collection following her bell-shaped “Christmas tree” inspired Alexander McQueen frock she wore in the film’s L.A. premiere.
Fortunately though, I would say this look is actually better than the previous one. It’s actually less the sparkle and shine that the previous one has. Let’s just hope Cate wouldn’t stay in a place with too much light or her dress would’ve been mistaken to be a disco ball.
